Marriage in Pakistan

Hi everyone, I am a British citizen I married a Pakistani guy in Pakistan in 2015, we have since split and I wanted to know how to divorce from the uk or if it’s even legal here in uk? I want to re marry to another man so need to know for certain

A legally performed marriage is valid everywhere and in UK for remarrying you should be free to marry (legally divorced).

Your first step should be to seek advice from a solicitor specialising family law.
