New Passport after Brexit

Hi Gurus

Need to ask if Brexit happens with no deal so do we have to apply for new passport. As i recently got a British passport and travelling abroad for work reason which will be last for at least a year.

Can someone shed light on this please

I expect that all current passports will be valid until expiry (mine expires 2026 and I'd love to keep it til then).
Probably there'd be a huge outcry if passport holders had to renew and likely pay for a new one. It's just speculation - unless HMPO has published something on this.
