FLR M Various Questions Please Help

Dears Sirs,

I wanted few question regarding Director Income and salary income.

Q1: I M director of the company and my wife working in my company as employee, my question is can we combined her salary income with director income. I wonder her P60 and payslips will show income for year 18-19 by the time we applied our visa case but mine director income as my company account for year 17-18. I wonder is that ok.

Q2: According TO APPENDIX FM-SE, Director income should fall in same year as CT600. BUT can we combined our income even we both fall in different year.

Q3: When I am looking application Financial requirement in FLR (M) ,on page 27 ,7.3 saying about salary income so for my understanding my wife income goes there? and where shall i Wrote my income.

PLEASE HELP Application form is really confusing .

Secondly, Can we combined our income together (SALARY +DIRECTOR). looking to section 7, 7.3 on page 27, i can see salary income but where shall I put director income which I am getting by Drowing salary from my business.

On page 30, 7.3B Income from self employment so really confused where shall i put mine income.

Or Shall I reply on CATEGORY B, AND Combined income from both .

please anyone help? I shall be really grateful.

Both of the partners income will come in 7.3A. Director is also a employee of the company with director designation. in Job title you can write as director or managing director or account manager and explain in the extra information along company's docs.

7.3B is for self employed and looks like you are not register even so unless you get dividend from your company you does not classified as self employed.

On page 30, 7.3B Income from self employment so really confused where shall i put mine income.

Or Shall I reply on CATEGORY B, AND Combined income from both .

Hi,

I need some help regarding how to fill application form FLR(M) SECTION 7.

WE are combining our income , so please answer me what Category we both tick.

8,000 SPOUSE INCOME FROM EMPLOYMENT -SHE IS WORKING IN MY COMPANY OVER 15 MONTHS.

12,000 MINE INCOME AS DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY.

Please anyone explain how we fill section 7 regrading director income.

Section 7, page 27 says that CURRENT ANNUAL SALARY? SHALL I OUT BOTH OF US INCOME OR ONLY MY SPOUSE INCOME.

I m not sure where shall i put my income as director. Please anyone help? would be really grateful.

7.3B -INCOME FROM SELF EMPLOYMENT- (ONLY COMPLICATE THIS SECTION IF YOU ARE AND /YOUR SPONSOR AS SELF EMPLOYED.)

THIS SECTION CONTAIN CATEGORY F AND G WAYS TO MEET FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS AS SET OUT IN THE GUIDANCE NOTES.

SO SHALL I GO UNDER THING SECTION AS DIRECTOR .
