Recently received British Passport - Can spouse who was on ILR (for 5 months only) can now apply for citizenship ?

Members please help.
Scenario:

Husband:
Tier 2 from August 2012 till August 2017.
ILR in August 2017.
British Citizenship + British passport in November 2018

Spouse/Wife:
Tier 2 dependant June 2013 till June 2018.
ILR june 2018.

Question: Can Wife/Spouse now apply for Naturalisation /British Citizenship (AN) ? Although she is on ILR for 5 months only ? but Husband has now been granted British Citizenship last week.

Or She has to wait 12 months ?

Yes, she can apply now if she meets the 3 year residence and absence requirements.
