Dependent status

Post by shaanisid029 » Wed Nov 14, 2018 12:19 pm

Hi,

I have got my ILR from Tier 2 (5 years) route and my family is still on Tier 2 dependent visa. I am looking to resign from this job and start looking for new. If they want to travel outside the country,

can they come back to UK on the same dependent visa?
How long will there visa be valid for?
Do they need any new visa or permission to travel and come back to UK.

Many thanks

They are fee to travel on their existing visas.

Their visas remain valid until the expiry date.

No need to apply for any new visa as long as they return to the UK before their current visa expires.
