India eVisa application query

I'm applying for an India eVisa from UK for my 4-month old child for a trip to India starting December - about 3 weeks from now.

In the application, there's a question:

"Have you lived for at least two years in the country where you are applying visa?"

WHat would I answer to this? While I've lived in the UK for > 2 years, since the application is for my child, do I reply Yes or No?

Has replying No here caused delays for anyone?
