Paying Visa and IHS fees before increase

Hi community members,

I have a question. My firm just got its Cos and I was planning to apply for my visa in a month as I am out of my country of residence for a month.
But I came across astronomical increases of NHS surcharge starting from December this would cost me 2000£ instead of 1000£.
I was wondering if I can pay for the visa and surcharge and if I can schedule a vfs appointment after a month?
Is this possible please suggest

Why have you registered under another user name? This isn't permitted under the Board Ts&Cs. Choose which one you want to retain, before both are de-activated.

Please delete the other account as i can't figure out how to delete it, I can't seem to remember the password of this account and had to create it to ask the question . Sorry for going against the rule
