Tier2 sponsor business address changes

Dear All
My sponsor Tier2 General company lease is finishing soon and business(my sponsored licensed company) is moving to head office in different town / address. This move include my work address as well. I am moving to different address along with company.
Please let me know what me or sponsor need to do in this.
1. Once we update /change address for business on SMS, what documents /evidence is required to report home office for this?

2. Do I / my HR (Authorise office for SMS) also need to report my work address change at same time and if yes what documents required as evidence for this changes.

3. What will effect on my ILR application in End December on Tier2 bases with current employer /owner?

Required lease or if business owner is same as landlord then just a authorty letter. change on sms and print submission sheet. post with letter/ lease attachment.
We just done see what happen next.
