Hi I really need to understand ef I'm able to claim child tax credit and child benefit I'm an Algerian citizen live in uk ander spouse visa butt my wife died in August now I'm aplaying for resedant permanently IRL under brevmend partner I wold like to know ef I cun claim child tax credit and child benefit and ef it gowing to effect my application or not and how long brevmend application take thanks regard abdellah I pls ansewar me

Yes, can claim if Exceptions because of a person’s nationality apply?
