I applied for a extension using the new service and all the points marked as NA are not applicable., surprisingly the whole ordeal lasted just 1 weeks from biometrics.

Finally, my wife's BRP arrived on 2nd Jan. Her BRP got delayed as she didn't have NI number previously, which is now assigned and printed on BRP.

Received an email of approval in 2 weeks.

Used the Super-priority new service. Got the decision the same day as the appointment. BRP arrived in 3 days. However, getting an appointment from the day the application posted online took some time because slots were fully booked for week!
