Tier 2 ICT Visa- Taking Leave without pay for 6 month

Hello,

I have ICT Long term visa and me and my dependents have BRP valid till next 3 years. Due to some circumstance I have to fly back my home country and I will there for 6 month on Leave without pay (LOA). I will join my company after 6 months in my home country.

My questions are

1) Can I come back in UK after 6 month of unpaid leave period? Does any cooling period apply?
2) Can I come back in UK when I am on LOA but have valid BRP?
3) Does my COS would be cancel?
