The curtailment shouldn't affect PR. But overstaying may prevent a successful naturalisation application until ten years have passed.

You should really make your own thread instead of hijacking this one with your question as it can become confusing.

i don't know what you mean what one is the best, as the service standards are not different regardless of what way you apply.

in regards to referee's, my understanding is, once you have completed and paid for the application online, you will then be required to print the referee pages , attach your photo (with name and date of birth at the back), and then be required to have the referee's sign them, this will obviously then be taken to the NCS appointment (i think you mean NDRS and not NCS).
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P

If i make any mistakes, You are more than welcome to correct me.

This has now split into your own topic. It's not only unfair to highjack another member's thread, it also causes confusion.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Please refrain from starting new topics with the same question. Topics merged.

Have you clicked on vinny's links provided October??
