Imm health surcharge refunded

Hi everyone
My tier1 ent extension visa refused last year then I went for jr and then homeoffice reconsidered my case and issued me visa in September but Imm health surcharge was refunded after refusal.homeoffice didn't ask me to pay that, it could make problem for my ilr application.

It shouldn't.
