French Titre de Sejour holder wants to emigrate to Germany

hello,
I'm a Nigerian, living in France and my girlfriend is a German citizen and we both plan to get married here in France very soon. please can i move with her to Germany with the marriage certificate to apply for a Germany resident permit? or do i need to get a France resident permit before moving to Germany? because i don't have resident permit yet in France.

please hope to hear from someone.

Yes you can do whatever you want with your spouse once you get married.
No you do not need a French residence permit.
