You will have to find a way to get through to someone who can forward your question to the department who would have access to the progress of your application.

Why can't you simply wait to hear from HO. Also read through the timelines to get an idea!!

Home office letter

Post by ilrmumbai » Fri Nov 23, 2018 7:00 pm

Dear Gurus,

Today I have received a letter from Home Office saying your application will be processed within 8 weeks from you submission date. Unless their is a problem and we might delay because od following points.

They have mentioned regarding biometric, verifications, criminal records etc.
Can someone pls share their expertise if this is acknowledgement letter?

Many thanks
