UK Visa requirements for new born baby born in UK to travel India

Hello,

Is UK PBS dependent Visa required for newborn baby born in the UK to leave UK but holding valid Indian passport and UK birth certificate?
Can someone please help us.

Child can leave the UK without a visa. Will need one to return though.
