Please Stop posting your story in every new service thread without the full details. You know full well that HO requested additional documents form you and that this is the likely cause of the delay (your 30 hours of "work/training" for a second job aside). Your case is clearly not as straightforward as others.

Can you share your full story griftah1981? It is useful for us to know your full story because 11 days seems to be alarming for those intending using super priority service.

See link below for the story, which also contains an additional link to a situation on Tier 2.

1.they requested an additonal document from me which i provided immediately when they contacted me on November 19, 2019 at 8:38am. the document they required is "proof that im a nurse and my NMC pin." so i sent them my NMC Statement of entry on November 19, 2018 - 9am. I havent submitted this document on the date of my application because it was not on the list of documents required.

2. I dont have any issues with my salary because i haven't received the 30 hours work from my second job. the NHS has witheld my salary because i told them i dont want to receive the money.

from November 19. i havent received any update so i called them yesterday November 26. they said that the application is not been completed yet. thats the full story

Your case has a couple of issues. Not receiving the 30 hours pay is one thing but if the payroll has been run and hmrc have a record of, that is another thing. There is a paper trail now.

There is nothing you can do now but wait while HO do the checks they need to.

@griftah1981: I think in your case, it is evident that they did keep promise for 24 hour service (16th-Friday submitted and you got email on 19th -Monday)) and the decision they made was to do more checks.
