Name change for baby born in UK

Hi Friends,

Iam on tier 2 visa.
My baby born in UK on may 2018 and I got birth certificate and also registered at indian embassy.
I have changed baby name (added additional name to the existing one) and got UK birth certificate

Do I need to register at Indian embassy again?
what is the process of doing this? is it general process I have to fill online application form?
at which stage I need to inform that I have already registered with old name?
