New service for providing biometrics and evidence

Hi,
I filled in my FLR-M application online to switch from Fiancé visa to spouse visa after my marriage.
I paid the IHS, then was redirected to a page saying that since November 2018 there is a NEW service I can choose or the EXISTING service. I am confused which one to choose? Which one is easier and faster? I have and had enough of stressful time to get where I am now and don’t want to complicate it more?!
