Tier 5 (temporary work) creative worker

Please I will apply for a tier 5 visa by next week my resumption date to work in the uk is on the 1st of March. Please my sponsor did not carry out acresident labour market test but stated in the SMS that I’m highly skilled and I’m coming to train their workers. What are my chances of getting the visa and what evidence do I need to provide at the embassy. Please I need answers as soon as possible. Thanks

Training them on how to use a broadcast software and how to edit in different languages

This might not be classed as "creative and sporting". This category is for entertainers. For instance bands on tour, or footballers coming to play for a UK club. I think a broadcast technician might not fall into this category. It sounds more tier 2 to me.

Yes, it's fine to issue a tier 5 CoS to a sound engineer on tour with a band, if he's their regular sound man. But when it comes to a teaching company employees how to use a piece of software, I'm not so sure.
