Child Benefit

hello everyone, I have been reading a lot of posts regarding child benefit, I wondered if I'd be able to claim child benefit for my wife's daughter when they move to the UK on settlement visas from a non UK country or not?

Yes, you can claim child benefit in your name once she is in the UK.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
