No. Only a Shortage Occupation Skill is exempt form the RLMT. What is your SOC?? Have you got a new HO approved sponsor??Is there any other route to change the employer without Labour market test?
In case new employment application reject then would current visa be valued ?

My position is Accounts manager.
I didn't get new sponser yet. My qua is Msc-acc&fina. Is shortage occu provides any job for accounting qualification holders?

There would be no change to your current visa if a new visa is refused, provided you are still employed by your current sponsor.
