When we made our appointment it said they had to be uploaded 2 working days before your appointment. However I'm pretty sure you can still add documents right up to your appointment

There is no same day decision service. Sopra is only a document and biometric handling agent and do not process and decide applications.

Many are not getting decisions within 24 hours. It is also 24 business hours, not literal 24 hours.

The new system/centres are very different to the old premium service centres where you dealt directly with the caseworker.

Thanks CR001,
Can i attend this appointment with my partner, as he is the sponsor, or do i have to go alone with my son.
Do we need to give them my sponsor photos or the scan upload of his passport and ILR would be enough.

Hi,
I just been to the centre and submitted application for leave to remain as a spouse on 5 year route. I paid £200 for the time slot and extra £600 for 24 super priority service. (I already have a valid leave to remain as a spouse)
My feed back:
1) I uploaded all the documents myself at home. I scanned them and I wrote the description of each dcument myself e.g. Water bill dated ...in the joint names of such and such. At the centre I submitted finger prints, photo was taken and passport scan done by staff.
2) Everything was very comfortable and well organized. it took less than 20 min in total. In time.
3) My case was not decided within 24 hours. Instead the Home Office conveniently labelled my straighforward spouse application as "complex".

Dear Jane2018,
Thank you for sharing the experience, why they said your case is complex, is there any reason?

Jane2018 has a complicated immigration history, with a refusal in 2017 following trying to switch visa category within the UK from a visitor visa status in 2016 and a subsequent appeal presumably ending in the recent grant (2 months ago) of FLR FP 10 year partner route leave to remain.

Hi,

I've applied my wife's visa (FLR-M) under Super priority visa on 04-Dec-2018 and till now, we didn't heard anything from UKVI on ( email/mail/phone) .
Infact, I've called them today and gave the details to know the status, they say it takes 5 business days to get reply for my call.

Wondering, how much time will it gonna take - we got our flights booked for 21 Dec to India.

Has anyone been in the same situation?

Thanks,
Anand
