On what basis have you applied for FLR FP?

What is your full UK immigration history?

Why do you keep sending new evidence if you have not been asked for it?? Everything should have been sent with your application to avoid confusion and documents getting lost.

FLR FP can take many months, sometime more than a year to be decided.

Thank you so much for your response.

I applied for FLR FP based on family and private life in the UK.

I came to UK on 2011 and shortly after I claimed for asylum seeker and stayed in foster care and was looked after by social services. I was 14 years old. I got discretionary leave to remain until my 18th birthday which was until 2015. After my 18th birthday I applied for extended visa which was refused.
I got appeal right which I did and I got refused on 1st tribunal as well. Then I applied for family and private life in the Uk as I have a partner who is settlers in the UK. This was also rejected as I do not have a passport.

Recently on September, I applied for same one again but free fee( waves) and I received a letter confirming Home Office received my application and will decided as quick as they can. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t received anything for the bio metric.

My partner is now 4 months pregnant which we found out after sending the application to Home office. That’s why we send the evidences and letters of scanning regularly just to keep the application updated.

I don’t send the evidences myself. My solicitor send it to the Home office.

I go to the reporting every 8 weeks since 2015.

What do you consider about my application, do you think the application will be successful this time? It would be great if you could let me know.

I’m hoping to hear back from you.
Thanks a lot

Pregnancy shows genuine relationship but I think it doesn’t qualify for exceptional circumstances until the baby is born. Don’t be too hopeful and hope your decision delays and your baby born in the mean time. Wait for other senior members to respond and good luck.

You stand a better chance once the baby is born if the child is British.

That’s fine, I don’t mind if it delays. But my concern is I go to the reporting and do you think they can stop me there until the decision is made.

My partner doesn’t have a british passport but she has indefinite leave to remain( type of permit: settlement). My solicitor has said that the child will be British. Does that mean my child will be British citizenship.

Thank you

Unlikely as you have a pending application but it is a possibility.

Would have been much easier for you to return to Bangladesh and apply for spouse visa from there when your leave expired.

You mentioned partner, is that a partner or a spouse (wife)?

Ok
I won’t be able to go to Bangladesh.

We are not married but are living together.
We are different religions that’s why there were issues in the past from my partners family but first tribunal judge has accepted our relationship and he think we are genuine couple.
Thank you

My son is 4 months old now but they still haven’t gave any decision.
It’s been 1 year now since my case was pending so my solicitor and I sent the Pre protocol letter on 2nd September and we have to wait until the 17th September.

What do you think will be the outcome after doing PAP, please let me know.
Thanks
