Hello ,

I have a query about employees. As of requirement of Tier 1 VISA I need to show two full time employees for at least one year. I have a question what will happen if I have to change the employee due to any reason after 4 / 5 months of employment. Can I change the employee and is their any bad impact on my VISA extension application?

Read the guidance - they clearly say that you can change employees within a job

Hello All,
I have a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa . it was issued on 27 Dec 2016 and finish 27th Dec 2019. As you know minimum I need to show two full time employee . Can two part time employees makes one full time employee?
