Appendix 8

Hello ,
Does the tier 4 general visa application contain the appendix 8 that i should fill or do i have to download it ??

"You must only complete the self assessment form Appendix 8 and submit a printed copy with your application form if you are unable to apply online."

Where are you reading that you need to complete Appendix 8? That has not been used for years, since applications went online. The only place it is still used is North Korea because people cannot apply online.

You're right. That's why I mentioned "if you are unable to apply online" but didn't specify the country due to following clause given in the guidance.

In Tier 4 Policy Guidance version 11/2018 page 15 of 101, point 9 it says:

"If, due to exceptional circumstances, you have made a paper application ..."

That's what I mean. I was asking OP why they thought it might be relevant to them.

Thanks guys . Because a friend of mine (a solicitor who made her application )applied online and the appendix too that's why I asked .

How weird. It doesn't even make sense. Some so-called professional advisers should be ashamed of themselves.
