Family member of a EU citizen over the age of 21

Hi,
I am a family member of an EU citizen (i have EEA family member card but i am not an EU citizen) which is my father, today he applied for our visa and put me as his dependent child but, i have a job and i only just live with my parents. I just wanted to ask what are the possibilities of me getting accepted and what can i do if i get refused?
