Hi I need some information regarding my daughter she wants to get married to her partner who is in Pakistan the question I have is she is disabled and is on benefits will she be able to call him
Over ? What proof will she need ? Any help will

She can, she will need to show the usual stuff like accomodation, genuine relationship, English Language etc.

However, if she is receiving any benefits for disability like listed below she will be exempt from the financial requirement of £18,600.

disability living allowance
severe disablement allowance
industrial injury disablement benefit
attendance allowance
carer’s allowance
personal independence payment
