student visa application for canada from uk

Hi , am applying for Canada study visa from UK , I am originally from Pakistan, I have studied foundation in UK and after completion of foundation I got another visa for undergraduate studies , now I I am in 2 Nd year of university GCU, I just want to transfer my studies to Canada Georgian college, which I have applied for as well, can any one please guide me that did I have a good chance of getting student of Canada from UK , any chance of refusal in this case.
