Set(m) biometrics at post office??

Post by steveewonder » Tue Dec 18, 2018 12:50 pm

Hi all,

I applied using the new online system for ILR via SET(M). At the end of the process it asked me to book an appointment to register biometrics at a Sopra Steria centre, which I did. However I just receieved an email from the Home Office asking me to attend a Post Office for biometrics, along with my letter. I have the Sopra Steria appointment on Thursday which is 14 working days since applying. I don't have a letter from the Home Office to take to a Post Office to enrol my biometrics.

This is all very confusing. Am I ok just to attend the Sopra Steria appointment and ignore the email about going to a Post Office?

Thanks for any help or wisdom on this!
