He can apply anytime before his visa expiry.

The transitional arrangement for job creation ends 9th April, so if he needs to use that, he will have to apply before that. Otherwise it does not matter.

Hi,

Yes,he can apply after completion of 5 years in January 2019.Given the fact that he/she had employed 2 individuals as required after getting the T1E. Moreover, just VIP service(which replaced super premium Service) is available for T1E individuals applying for ILR.I spoke to VIP service team today and 4 main applicants can apply with max of 10 dependents. Please lemme know if your friend is interested in applying through VIP service as we can split the cost. It`s very fast service that`s what i have been told by them.Moderators please correct me if I`m wrong.

Hi What do you mean by this VIP service? VIP section under Tier1 ent to ILR provides only one advantage over standard which is biometric and documents collection service at ur door. Do u mean the one which costs >£10,000.
And no one can post their personal details on this forum to get connected out of the forum.

Hi,
Are you sure as I have been told by my solicitor to wait until 5 years are completed to apply for extension.I believe you can apply 28 days before your visa expiry. Please correct me if I`m wrong? Also, VIP service has replaced super premium service where you pay more than £1000 to get ILR as quickly as soon as you can.Not worth paying more than £1000 if they just arriving to get the documents and finger prints.

Is it correct to assume that the application for TIER 1 Entrepreneur to ILR under VIP service get processed in 2-3 days.
Anyone who can share real experience will be highly appreciated.

I don’t think so. Nobody has given us any information of such speedy VIP option at least on this forum. What I think you can have is VIP to have the soperia come to your home to take biometrics and scan documents which personally I think adds no value.
