VFS Toronto is not sending email to PICK up

Hi All,

I applied for UK in transit visitor visa on December 3rd and i received email from UK visa office saying that the decision has made and my application is sent to local visa office .that is VFS Toronto on bloor street.As per email they will contact me in 1 or 2 business day to pick up the passport but now its been 5 days and havenot heard anything from them.Is there any way I can contact them.I am little worried because we have our planned trip from December 29th 2018.Any one knows any way to contact vfs ?
