Children Citizenship Application

Post by Sal77 » Thu Dec 20, 2018 1:21 pm

Hi,
I got with my daughters our ILR in December 2017, and I just applied yesterday from the British citizenship but have not applied yet for my daughters.

Have few questions if anyone can help:
1. Is it okay to apply now separately for my two daughters in a separate applications of mine?

2. Is better to apply for them now, or should I wait until I get the citizenship?

3. Their passports are expired, is it a problem or schools letter will be okay?

4. Their mother does not live in UK, and I have a court order from Uk for sole responbility... any probelm in this?

Many thanks in advance....

Sal

2. Is better to apply for them now, or should I wait until I get the citizenship? No difference. your outcome would not affect your daughters.

3. Their passports are expired, is it a problem or schools letter will be okay? This is OK. expired passport is acceptable.

4. Their mother does not live in UK, and I have a court order from Uk for sole responbility... any probelm in this? No problem.
