Late arrival in UK after getting general Tier 2 Visa

Hello! I need some urgent guidance please. I got tier 2 visa which started on 15 th Dec 2018. Date on my COS was 10th Dec. However, due to a few problems I cannot move to UK until 01 March 2018. My employer has agreed with me on this.
Please guide me what impact this would have on my Visa ? and what should I do regarding this?
I shall be grateful for the favour. Regards

your vignette on your passport required you to enter the UK within 30 days, if you cannot do so,you need to apply for delay the entry.
