Hi All,
Good news & thank you everyone for sharing the details here.
Update from me: I just got Biometric card today (But didnt get any prior response email saying that they have approved my application etc.) all of sudden just got the courier today. which is a surprise.

I am hoping everyone here who has been waiting for few weeks should get soon too. I will request for the refund soon (£600 priority application fees)

I would like to share my experience with UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Application Type: SET O (Tier 2 to ILR)
Application Submitted: December 10, 2018.
Appointment: December 18, 2018 11:00 AM at Wakefield Library (Sopra Steria)
ILR Approval Email Received: December 19, 2018 11:30 AM.

Hello Folks,

It seems like a right little UKVI mess we have landed ourselves into!

My timeline for a simple ILR to NTL BRP application:

Application: 11 Dec.
Bio-metrics Appointment: 13 Dec (Glasgow).

No communication since then. Really frustrated!

I need to travel over the holiday period. Hanging by the window and hoping the BRP will land before my flight out on Monday evening.

Plus it seems there may have been a glitch in the system over a few days. Decisions seem to be coming in quicker now and I see one person on another forum has been reimbursed because the decision was not given within the twenty four hour timeframe.

5.husband's signed declaration letter

8. 12 months pay slips
9.12 months bank statements
10. My HMRC Letters (annual tax summary)
11.P60
12. My husband 's 3 months bank statements (he pay all the bills (lucky me))
13.degree certificates and NARIC confermation letters
14. Life in the UK test notifications
15.Our marriage certificate
16. 4 Correspondence letters in joint names
( gas electricity bills, council tax bills, water bills, GP letter s, Tenancy agreements)
2 letters in individual names - bank statements, Dvla letters.

According to your list above you didn't submit signed consent declaration to allow home office to check your documents! And also have you brought all your original documents to the appointment for they check them?
Do you have any children?if yes ...did you mention them on your application?

Which consent form is this? I did not see it for the online SET M application. Thara123 can you please confirm if you added this ?

Michali, Im guessing this person who got reimbursed is on immigrationsboards.com. A significant number of people have had no communication or very delayed communication and would like to apply for refunds. It will be great if you can share the link on this very forum.

Which consent form is this? I did not see it for the online SET M application. Thara123 can you please confirm if you added this ?

Also does anyone know if SET M needs something signed by the applicant? I didn’t see anything that actually required my signature when I applied online...

I hope that someone who has recently applied for SET (M) will advise but I found this in a similar post concerning the declaration/consent form on this forum. Maybe if no one advises, it would be good to fill it out and when you go for your appointment, ask the staff at Sopra Steria if it should be uploaded under mandatory documents.

I am going through SET(M) currently, also didn't get presented with consent form but printed, scanned and signed the one that was linked above, thinking it's better to present one form too much than one too few. I uploaded that scan to Sopra Steria so it's there in my uploaded docs. If it's not relevant, it can be happily ignored.
