No nothing wrong with asking advice. Everything wrong with *bumping* your topic after 6 minutes indicating your expectation of immediate attention and advice.

My Current tier 4 visa expired on 17th December. I applied for my tier 2 visa on the 12th Dec UKVCAS. the online application was done on 6th Dec.

My situation has been escalated and I hope to hear from them tomorrow. If not, I wonder taking other steps which led me to ask this question

If you leave the UK before a decision on your and BRP card, your Section 3C protection ends and you risk your application being withdrawn, as the new process clearly stated, and unable to re-enter the UK.

Received Tier 2 visa decision letter, can i leave UK without BRP?

Post by pride88 » Sat Dec 22, 2018 1:47 pm

Hi All,

My lawyer received the tier 2 approval email and positive decision letter from the Home Office but he has not yet received my BRP.

Could he send the BRP to my home address in my home country?

Would i then be able to travel outside UK? and my application wont be cancelled under section 3c?

Your adivce is much appreciated.

You are confusing things.

If you have a new visa approved, there is NO section 3c anymore.

You are free to leave the UK if visa is approved but won't be able to re-enter unless you have your new BRP card, as already advised.
