Documents and passport not received

Received my ilr brp card on the 4th of December 2018.
Documents and passport not received as yet.
It's been over 14 days any suggestions who to contact.
Is this normal or have they lost my documents?

Delays in the Royal Mail network over the Christmas holidays period are normal. Give it a few more days.

Just to update all
Received my documents and passport on Friday.
Noticed post code was not correct yet still received documents.
