Citizenship query

Post by water_tank1 » Tue Jan 01, 2019 11:26 am

Hey all,

I have a quick question which hopefully someone can help me clarify.

I hold dual nationality (UK/Ireland) passports and my wife is a non eu with stamp 4 eufam.

I am planning on applying for citizenship for my wife after 3 years based on marriage to an Irish citizen.

Even though stamp 4 eufam is based on me exercising my treaty rights, do I have to change stamps before I can apply for citizenship based on being married to an Irish national? or can I apply directly with my wife being on stamp 4 eufam?

Thanks for your help
