urgent: Leave to remain Tier 4 visa

Post by Sedi » Tue Jan 01, 2019 11:15 am

After Tier 4 visa for English language Course at University of Southampton, I made another application for my Master study. But because of Iran post office mistake, a letter came with one day delay from Iran and in December 2011, I got my visa rejection. I was in the middle of the study and I had paid my tuition fees completely. The Visa team of the University of Southampton advised me to stay and make another application. Therefore, I made another application, in a few months received my visa.
My question are :
1. In Leave to remain part, should I tick approved? I am not sure about the date of the second application ( Late January 2012 or early February 2012). How should I fill this part?
2. In refused application part: Is above explanation sufficient?
Thank you very much for your help and support.

Your question is not very clear but if this is a Tier 4 application for further studies at Southampton or at a different university, I strongly recommend that you raise any questions or concerns with the international student advice team at the university. As you saw with your previous application, they are best placed to advise.

Your Tier 4 sponsor university is as invested in a successful outcome as you are, hence they provide a free and specialist visa advice service.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
