Entry visa for parents exercising eu treaty rights

Post by Pretty dino » Tue Jan 01, 2019 11:11 pm

Hi
I have applied an appeal for my widow mother who is in Pakistan as her visa was refused due to insufficient documentation but it has been 8 weeks plus now since the appeal was made
I was wondering how long is it taking to get the entry visa as myself have in in Ireland for more than 3months now and working as eu national.
Noted that she is an non eu national dependant ....

My appeal result come within 8-weeks. Appeal results time duration vary alot may be one year. If you get the response for INIS within 3 months for mother initial case your are very lucky. usually waiting time is 16 months but it depends. if u donot mind can you share your timeline of ur mother visa application.

I applied for EU1 dependent parent case back in 2016. We are already here in Ireland. I know their is post available in forum namely bring non-spouse for Pakistan (EU treaty right 2015) I think go through that post. You will get the rough idea. No one will give u exact time frame of the appeal.

It is quiet old post, but people updated it time to time.
