When to apply for passport?

Given that NDRS is closed and I cannot use JCAP when can I apply for a passport?

1. after the ceremony
2. after approval of the application?
3. another option?

It is #1, after your ceremony.

You are only British once you attend the ceremony.

There is no "another option"!
