10 years long residency

Hi All,
Please help me when is the qualifying period starts for 10 years long residency. Does it start from the visa start date or date of first entry in to UK.
Some souces said it starts from the date of entry and some sources it starts from the visa date if you entered UK within 90 days.

The date your physically entered the UK.

There is NO 90 days for long residence ILR etc.
