I am Arun , I am applying for my wife's PBS dependant visa extension.
I got my ILR last year June 2018.
My wife's visa is up for renewal in April 2019 but since we r planning to travel in April to India we have decided to apply for the extension little early.
She was filling the form to apply within UK and one of the question asked about length of COS. My company when they provided me a visa in 2015 gave a more than 3 years visa.
Since I am now in ILR does this COS valid anymore for extension.
This is very vital as it will decide my application cost accordingly and its a huge difference if the choose 3 years then I will have to pay £704 if i choose >3 years then I pay 1£400
Please need ur advice urgently
