schengen tourist visa from UK

I am Indian National,currently living in UK on ICT 2 visa with valid BRP.
My spouse (Indian Passport Holder) has arrived in UK on C-Visit (tourist) Multiple entry visa (until 22nd May 2019) in Nov 18.
We want to visit Schengen region for tourism purpose in March 2019.
Can it be possible to get schengen tourist visa from UK for both of us?

You can only apply for a Visa from country of residence so as your spouse doesn't reside here so not applicable but you can get the Visa.
