Study Visa for MSc Data Science in Ireland

Hi,

In India, if we go for full loan (20Lakh INR) then do we need to disburse 7000 euro in our saving account or just the sanction letter from bank will do?

Are there any chances of visa refusal if we go for full loan with no saving (saving:loan ratio) if we pay full education fees beforehand?

I hope someone can help you out here, but the question is very specific and applies to India only, and I'm not sure if there are many Indian people here who happened to be applying for an Irish study visa with no saving in the last few years.
