Leave to enter the united kingdom outside of the rules with 3 month visa

Dear Members
The UKVI issued a visa of 3 months leave to enter the united kingdom with work permitted.
I was told by Home office that i will receive my BRP in 10 days of my arrival in the uk.
I am currently in uk.
The BRP says they cant issue a 3 month visa with BRP.
I hv complained to the Home office and they said i hv to be in uk to regularise my stay but as i write now am here live with my family in Uk and home dont know or hv on records that i am here where as my passport was stamped at heathrow airport and checked immigration even detained to checks before i was allowed entry.
The visa expires soon and i keep complaining via emails but to no where...
Please assist

What visa category exactly have you bee granted that is valid for 3 months??

The visa is leave to enter the uk outside of the rule

On what basis 'outside the rules' have you applied for a visa??

You don't get a BRP card for a visa valid for less than 6 months.

I applied on the basis of my allowed appeal from the first tier tribunal.
