Hi All

uploading my documents today, I have an appointment booked in the next week

Tier1 Ent ILR Documents list:

Please check and let me know if I miss anything

Passport copyall previous passports, BRP and signed consent form

File1: Company documents
CT41G
CT603
CT600
VAT certificate optional
Santander business letter and latest business bank statement either or
Incorporation certificate optional
CAR with filling history and paid invoice

File2: Employee documents
Accountant letter (I know its optional) correct optional if you have not taken over or joined an existing business
NEP1 optional
FPS submission reports and Logs RTI FPS only, logs not required
Employee Id's
payslips
P11 not required
P60 not required

File 3: Supporting docs
latest VAT return optional
Company insurance optional
3 months payslips optional but good as you are applying with PBS dependent
Master degree from UK university
Life in the UK pass certificate

PBS dependent Documents:
all passportsPassport dependent
BRP dependent
consent form signed by dependent page1 and page 2 signed by both
£630 maintenance for 90 days bank statement
Cohabitation documents and marriage certificate
3 months payslips of mine (My wife is not working)

I have to sign consent form page 2 for joint cohabitation documents and need to sign page 3 as well because uploading my 3 months payslips to support PBS dependent application?

I think there is no consent form required for PBS dependent

just I have checked the checklist there is no consent form option on the checklist for PBS dependent

on my checklist says myself and joint owner should sign the separate consent forms

don't know its confusion me I have saved all the things on my laptop for both application/documents and dependent documents as well

waiting to hear from anyone who recently applied with PBS dependent
