Thanks croo1 for your valuable advise
I am very confuse regarding my this employee. He married to European and got permanent residence
1) I have his passport photocopy front page only showing his picture and all details. His passport is Indian.
2) Second his residence card .On person residence permit following things written :
Types of Permit: Permanent residence
Remarks: Work permit
Residence card of a family member of union citizen

Is these 2 are enough proof for settled workers?

I think CR001 has already answered above.

As CR001 correctly said if someone has PR he/she is considered settled and not dependent on the EU spouse.

However, Tier 1 guidance:
If employee is a spouse and does not mention PR. I would think regardless of if he/she has a PR or not, then the above documents also. That is my personal interpretation. Although your employee is settled as per the immigration rules but Tier 1 guidance demands for further documents.

Please CR001 comment on it or other moderators.

Please seniors can you advise on this matter. He married to European and got permanent residence.I know CR001 already mention he is settled person. I am just asking these proof are enough for him to prove settle person. I am at last stage of submitting my application.

1) I have his passport photocopy front page only showing his picture and all details. His passport is Indian.
2) Second his residence card .On person residence permit following things written :

It’s fine. Go ahead with what you have..
Ur employee has a UK issued PR.. that means he has a settled status.
Perhaps the paragraph in the guidance refers to an individual holding another EU country’s residence card and with that the spouses passport n marriage cert is required..

I’m sorry I brought this up and have caused unnecessary concern..

Hi
I have a question regarding conviction and other penalties

In 2016 i received a letter from HMRC that your self assessment tax return is due and we are sending you penalty of £1000 but i haven't received any UTR number and notice asking for tax return. On that behalf i appeal against the penalty and they accepted by appeal and cancelled all penalty. After that each year i filed by self assessment as well.

I need to mention this in application? i have all proof and letter from HMRC

No, you shouldn't need to

Hi everyone, Please confirm i did right calculation for jobs hours

Job 1 Full time 30 hours per week from 5 Sep 2017 till 5 Jan 2019, 16 months

Job 2 Part time 15 hrs per week from 8 August 2017 till 5 Jan 2019

Job3 Part time 20 hrs per week from 5 April 2018 till 5 Jan 2019

I combine two part time jobs to make one full time job from 5 April 2018 -5 Jan 2019. Both part time jobs are under same job title

1 full time job = 16 months nearly, 69 weeks
2 full time job by combining 2 part time employees from 5 April 2018 -5 Jan 2019)= 9 months, 39 weeks

Total full time months =25 , 108 weeks

Looks fine, assuming you are under the transitional arrangement

It is unlikely to be a reason for refusal. But you can just write in a letter quoting your application reference number and correcting the typo error.

I made same mistake. I was asked for additional documents back in December 2013 and this date somehow got stuck in my mind and i wrote it as my visa issuing date though my visa was issued 2 weeks after that date. But i mentioned it in cover letter as i could not correct it once form is submitted.
