My husband and my child who born in Poland have to apply PR

Yes.
and then apply for Citizenship with Form AN
Form AN for your partner. Form MN1 for your child born in Poland.
And My child was born in Uk who can apply for MN1 form now??
Once you have PR, yes.

Thank you for your replying
But i am still a bit confused
Gov.uk said " When you do not need to apply for your child
Your child is automatically a British citizen if they were born both:

in the UK
after you got permanent residence status

So why my child born in UK she couldn't automatically a British citizen after i got PR?? I can get a passport for her so I don't need apply for her from MN1 form??
Please explain!!!

You really are confusing things and only reading what you want to suit your circumstances.

A child born in the UK is entitled to register as British once a parent has PR. For this you use form MN1.

If a child is born AFTER you got PR, only then is a child automatically British and can apply directly for a passport.

If you apply directly for a passport, it will likely be refused unless you can prove that you had PR after 5 years exercising treaty rights at the time of the childs birth in 2015.

It actually isn't far. There are fast trains from Rochester straight into London that take 40 minutes.

Nothing happens if I don't get a citizenship. When I expire PR, I can renew it?
Is that right?

PR doesn't expire.
If Brexit happens and UK leaves EU, you will need to exchange your PR for settlement status (cannot do that right now as EU Settlement Scheme will go live by 29th March).
But don't forget that if you have PR and are eligible for citizenship now that might not be easily the case in the future. For example if you need to travel away from the UK for 1-2 years, you'll be able to come back if you have PR, but you'll need to wait 5 years before you could apply (as one of the requirements is living in the UK 5 years before application, or 3 for British spouse). Keep that in mind.

As CR001 said, there are 50min trains to London.
Will be interesting if you give up. I travel to London at least 3 times a week on a train, which takes 40-70 minutes each way.

Thank you very much for your advice.
Currently I am waiting for my PR.
I just submitted it on 08 Jan 2019 and I have received an email from HO on 15/01/2019 they said " my application has been received and is being considered. It may take up to six months to make a decision on my case".
17/01/2019 I got Biometric Enrolment letter and
I finished it the next day(facial image and 10 scanned fingerprints)
I hope my documents everything is ok and and I will have it as soon as possible.
As you said i was thinking again and i will apply for British Citizenship next year.
Now i am studying Life in the UK, i hope it is not hard to make B1 English test. I will try to get both of it this year to apply for British Citizenship next year.

Big thanks to CR00 for explaining my questions very easily and aslo thanks to Hioru too.

I wish all of you lots of health and success at work to answer everyone's questions like me.

Hello
I am Vietnamese and I married the Polish. I came to England 19/09/2013 and 08/01/2019 I applied for EEA(PR)
My questions are
- when I got PR before or after 29/03/2019 Do I have to to exchange my PR for settlement status(Brexit happens and UK leaves EU)??
- How long can I apply for British Citizenship after I get PR or Settle status? 12 months or 5 years???
I am expecting your answer
Thank you so much.
