Changing Tier 2 Application salary

I am applying for a 5 year Tier 2 visa. My employer and I made a salary mistake (we said it was £30000 when it should have been £32000) on my CoS and I have submitted my application with the wrong salary. My employer has agreed to make the change to the CoS, but how do I go about making the correction to the salary on my application?
